1. Services Scope

Ibtikaral Mutlaq specializes in end-to-end digital transformation, offshore resourcing, custom Odoo ERP implementation, enterprise cloud infrastructure, AI and agentic automation, cybersecurity / VAPT, and smart building management systems (BMS) for commercial and enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia.

2. Professional Engagements & Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

All commercial deployments, software developments, infrastructure audits, and SLA retainers are governed by formal Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) executed between Ibtikaral Mutlaq and the client organization.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary methodologies, system architectures, codebases, software customizations, and deliverables developed specifically for a client will be transferred in accordance with the executed SOW upon settlement of all applicable invoices. All website content, branding, trademarks, and collateral remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ibtikaral Mutlaq.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to protect and maintain confidential any non-public technical, commercial, or operational information shared during discovery consultations, system audits, or active technical deployments.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, royal decrees, and commercial regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The commercial courts of Riyadh, KSA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
